1. Cancellation Policy

2. Return Period
MULTY® Rack Systems LTD offers a 30-day return policy. Customers can return products within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in a re-sellable condition, meaning they must be unused, unaltered, and contain no damage. All items must be returned in their original packaging with no scratches, missing parts, or any other damage.
4. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. UTV Rack Systems and Sled Decks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase, or that do not meet our returns policy, will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during purchase. Refunds may take between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies, after the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team.
7. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. MULTY® Rack Systems LTD will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
8. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. MULTY® Rack Systems LTD will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective items and provide a full refund.
